Review content:
The general manager is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I'm not quite sure how she has kept her job and why people put up with her because so many people complain! The triathlon and athletic training community all speak to how she is so rude to members, they can't believe it. Even triathlon store owners say how difficult she is to work with, and that is spoken from some very well respected Austinites. If they did not have the Quarry or a nice facility, there is no question the members would walk right out the door.
I have always said what goes around, comes around and she will someday wonder why bad things happen to her.
I just hope the owner finds a replacement soon after all these years of bad service. I can only imagine how wonderful the Quarry Lake location could be if the right people were in management. Someone that cared for the members and was actually nice to them... versus yelling at them and insulting their intelligence (as witnessed just yesterday).
Other than the GM, the place is very nice and a great north location.
