Review content:
I really liked this place. The drive out was pleasant on a sunny Saturday. My party and I ordered onion rings (slightly charred, tasty) and chips and salsa (chips good, generous amount, not greasy; salsa typical). Then we each ate burgers which were deliciously charred (as advertised). One of my companions had the soup of the day, a tomato vegetable soup, which he says was delicious. However, he was disappointed that they didn't have Tobasco brand sauce but instead had a non-descript variety of hot sauce. I was also disappointed (but only very slightly) that they didn't have A-1 sauce which I like to put on my burger. Instead, they offered me an alternative steak sauce I had never heard of (and didn't use). In any event, the burger was so good I didn't care. The fries were also good, golden and crispy and slightly chunky, and not greasy. We each had iced tea. Our bill came to $40 plus tip (three persons). \r \r A side note: When we arrived my party and I were inhibited by 10 or more motorcycles parked outside and when I commented on all the bikes the waitress told us there was a party of bikers in the back we decided to eat inside which turned out to be good because we could study all the neat things hanging from the wall. Later on when the bikers left we ventured outside and wish we had sat there all along because there was plenty of room (plus looking at the bikers, they were a genial group after all). \r \r It's not on Blanco exactly so make sure you don't pass it up like I did because it can be hard to make a U-turn. You turn on Specht Road which will be on the right side on NB Blanco (look for the sign that says ""Restaurant"".) Also, if you are concerned about the distance, it only seems far away. Coming back the drive is much shorter than it first appears (and worth it on a nice day.) Pros: Perfectly Charred Burgers, Friendly and Welcoming Environment Cons: Lacking Name Brand Condiments
