I love Yoga! I had never taken any yoga classes before in my life. When I started at Sunstone I didn't realize how much I would enjoy it not to mention the positive changes in my body. I've lost 13 pounds since I started in late December. The inches just melt away. It's been a wonderful experience for me this is the best work out I've ever experienced. All the instructors are very professional and knowledgeable. I started out going 3 times a week now I go 5 - 6 days a week! I'd been waiting for a Sunstone Yoga to come to Rockwall. \r
