I agree with the other reviews: the place is professional and you get a decent cut and coloring, but charging a (undisclosed until after my service) consultation fee of $20 something dollars for basically my telling my stylist what i wanted is/was kind of ridiculous. My haircut/color wasn't bad but wasn't anything out of the ordinary, especially for the too-high price. I've since found another Aveda salon on Sunset Blvd., Huei Aveda- and feel that it's a better deal for my money. From work I don't have to drive as far and it doesn't charge a consultation fee--which, for $20 I'd save and get a set of shampoo and conditioner.
