Recently, my family experienced the tragedy of a fire in our home... Soot damaged ruined many things including our carpet and my family had to move out until repairs were done, a major inconvenience. We all just wanted to move back in as soon as possible to get back to normal. Because of my past dealings with Michael Kriz at The Store of Floors, I knew I could count on them. When I called Michael he showed empathy and concern for my family and moved his and his guys schedule around to accommodated our need to have the carpet replaced as soon as possible and of course managed to do all of this without sacrificing their impeccable workmanship.
