I would like to share my experience with Store of Floors, especially with Michael Kriz and Frank Marino. They were very helpful in our decision on our beautiful wood floors! They were on time, and most important, the installers worked very cleanly as possible while working in our home. I would definitely recommend them for any project, small or large. In this day of shoddy customer service, it was a pleasure working with them!. I highly recommend Store of Floors. Pros: wonderful customer service and workmanship more

Best Flooring Company in Tampa 3/27/2008

Several years ago I used Store of Floors to install oak floors in my personal home. Some of the home already had wood floors prior to me buying it. The wood that was used was later discontinued by the manufacturer. I wanted matching wood to be placed throughout the rest of the home. Store of Floors looked all over the place to track down the exact wood I was looking for and installed it so well, you can not tell where the old floor ends and the new floor begins! I also own a development company and build homes. I had Store of Floors install Brazilian Cherry floors throughout a house, including the stairs. I couldn't have been happier with the service, quality of installation, and the price. I have worked with several other flooring companies in the past and Store of Floors has been the best by far. more

The Only One To Call When It Comes To Flooring!!! 3/26/2008

Recently, my family experienced the tragedy of a fire in our home... Soot damaged ruined many things including our carpet and my family had to move out until repairs were done, a major inconvenience. We all just wanted to move back in as soon as possible to get back to normal. Because of my past dealings with Michael Kriz at The Store of Floors, I knew I could count on them. When I called Michael he showed empathy and concern for my family and moved his and his guys schedule around to accommodated our need to have the carpet replaced as soon as possible and of course managed to do all of this without sacrificing their impeccable workmanship. Did the right 3/13/2008

I have done a lot of home renovations over the years and can fix just about anything. But when I started to look at installing wood floors throughout the house and getting rid of my rugs due to allergies, I soon realized I needed someone who specialized in wood floor installation to do it right. Store of Floors reviewed my installation options and helped me choose the right wood flooring for my everyday use. (It had to be tough enough for two young kids) They fixed uneven spots in the floor and cleaned up after themselves each day. What a dramatic change, the house looks 25 years newer. Being a handyman, I appreciated all the attention to detail in the back of the closets, the moldings, the transition to tile and around the fireplace, etc. Pros: Did what they said they would more

Remodeled 2 Houses 3/13/2008

The customer service was exceptional and a lot of cost effective selections for remodeling houses. I used The Store of Floors on two properties I flipped. They did such an excellent job I had them lay Travertine and hard wood in my personal house. The travertine is on a zero grout line and is so even you can slide a bucket from one end of the house to the other. The wood flooring is even with the Travertine and they did not even have to add a T modling between rooms for an even transition. I highly recomend the Store of Floors to anybody I talk to about flooring. I will be using them for all of my future projects. Pros: Cost effective products more

Attention to detail 3/6/2008

fantastic custom floor design using granite and wood floors to accent our marble black columns--designed custom marble foyer old world look ---great kitchen travertine tiles with a special design above stove. finished product beyond my expectations-- reviewed all condo codes for sound proofing-- great job and look. Pros: Selection, Hard to find specialty products. more

Exceptional Business 3/5/2008

Mr. Kriz took on our house as if it were his own. He listened to what our ideas were and even took out samples as we talked to make sure we were on the same page. He set out samples of our exisitng color scheme to show us various tiles and woods that would work best with our traffic conditions (dogs and kids). We made our selctions of both tile and wood without being pressured in any direction. The installation date was set and met without any problems. In fact the staff from the company was surprisingly polite, neat, clean and on time. The workers cleaned up when done and actually walked us around to review their work. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship and follow through of the company. Honest and hard workers are hard to come by these days but The Store of Floors, LLC made me a repeat customer. Excellent service 3/3/2008

I remodeled my home which included total floor replacement including floor removal, floor prep and new wood flooring and tile flooring. Everything was done as promised at the price promised and on time. I recommend Store of Floors to everyone. Pros: Excellent selection and attention to detail more

Love the Selection 2/20/2008

I have to stay the staff at the Store of Floors was more than patient with me while I tried to make a decision from the many, many choices they had for the hardwood floors and carpeting in our new house. They had great advice and knew so much about the different types of wood and what would be best for the type of traffic and what would hold up best with our dog. We finally made a choice and it is the first thing that people talk about when they walk in our home. Our floors are absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with them. more

Quality workmanship & customer service 2/9/2008

Store of Floors did an excellent job for me. I recently purchased a new home, and the Store of Floors replaced the carpet in all three bedrooms, and installed tile in two other rooms. Great Customer Service 2/7/2008

Frank Marino and Mike were great to work with. This is my first home and I am really happy with my 5"" handscraped, espresso oak floors and the white subway and hex tiles in the bathrooms, oh yeah, they did some saltillo too. They were accomodating, knowledgeable and personable. I would use them again, but probably wont' ever have to, because these floors will stand the test of time. more

Floors and Service that STAND the test of time 2/4/2008

Our Store of Floors hardwood floors are gorgeous. After several years of wear and tear they still look brand new. The Installation was professional and the follow up service outstanding. I would, without reservation, highly recommend Store of Floors for your next flooring need. The owner himself will probably be the one to help you, a personal touch that most businesses have long since done away with. So if you haven't figured it out yet...we love our floors and it is definitely because of Store of Floors in Tampa. more
