I must admit, when Jacque Cole responded to my online query for moving quotes, I was not confident she could handle my family's move. First she was not pushy like all the other callers, which was a good start for her. She never once asked about the other movers I was talking to or how much their quotes were. Her quote was thorough and she explained every step of our move and costs. This young lady surprised me and over exceeded my wife's expectations. The movers- lead by David were on time- 9-11am was our time and they came at 9.30am. They worked tirelessly, loaded the truck in MA and arrived 9 days in TN. wow!!! It was a stress free move. These movers deserved every single penny. I would definitely recommend Ideal Moving to all my friends and family. The young lady even gave my very nervous wife her cell phone. She was amazing and so was the crew. Well done Jacque.
