I had an eye exam there a couple of weeks ago. My previous numbers were -2.75 (OS) and -3.00(OD). After the examination, Dr. Patel's new prescription included the following : -3.75 (OS) and -4.75 (OD). I have been wearing my glasses for more than 10 years and I have never had such a huge change. The doctor seemed very inexperienced and the girl assisting her was not even trained. So, I went to some other doctors and I was told that the actual OS was -3.25 and OD was -3.50. \r
I was just shocked how Dr. Patel could make such an enormous terrible mistake. What was gonna happen if I had had those glasses she prescribed?? Migraines, vision problems, my money... Gosh, I am so angry!!! Worse than that, I went there to ask for a full refund, and told me they would call me back. No one did! I called them again today and someone named H..y talked to me on the phone. She did not care and was excessively mean!!!!!!! Just stay away from this awful place if you do not want to be blind!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is terrible! Do not waste your time and money!!!!!!!! Your health is important and they do NOT care about it at all!!!!!
