Good food, friendly service, and affordable plates.
I like the enchiladas (though they use american cheese) from Blanco Cafe but the rice and beans need some work. I felt the beans and the rice had a fresh from the can (or box) taste to them. I would recommend trying the restaurant but be cautious of peak times because the restaurant is small.
