If you are the type of person that pays there bills on time. Does not wonder outside of there house and yard can still have management breathing down your neck and when you deny allegation they will straight out lie and the corporation that owns this facility will back them, And i quote a women named Laura who works with the district supervisor Because it is management they will take the word of someone who straight out lied to convince her point for warnings that someone seen my pet fescis on the court yard grass LAST WEEK, which seems funny since she has not been in the court yard in over a month and when she is we are there long enough to check the mail and back home. I have lived here for a almost a year and i can tell you i have taken my pet to the mail box less than a dozen times This is supposedly a violations of the GOOD NEIGHBOR policy which evidently does not include the dumpsters full and trash blowing all in my front yard and when i open the front door the trash enters in and let me tell you i will pick my dogs fecal up any day if they will just keep the apartment trash collecting at my door. JUST DOESNT SEEM REAL. i would not recommend this complex if you dont want young girls placed in an office with nothing to do but stir problems.. Oh by the way through this whole ordeal no one could speak with me without accusing me of having a problem with one individual, that if i passed them on the street i would not even know who they are. VERY ODD
Pros: maintenance gets problems fixed fast and professionally
Cons: management a waste of payroll
