Review content:
Ah yes, the ole ""bait and switch"" is alive and well at Longhorn Limos! I find their description of their business laughable: ""We at Longhorn Limos of Austin are here to provide the best in customer service to our clients..."". Here's the deal--they donated five $75 gift cards as part of a package that was auctioned off at the Austin Fashion Week kick off party. A friend and I bought said package ($600, thank you very much). When I call to book the limo, they say, ""Oh no, you can't use all five of the gift cards at once."" Me: ""But it doesn't say that on the coupons, nor do they have an expiration date"" (just so ya know). Them: ""The folks from Austin Fashion Week made up the coupons for us so it's their fault."" Me: ""So you didn't bother to check the coupons beforehand to make sure they were correct? Sounds like an issue for you to work out with those folks. But in the meantime, how will you honor these?"" Them: ""We won't. Goodbye!"" and then hung up on me. \r \r To all of you out there considering booking Longhorn Limos, STEP AWAY FROM THE PHONE/COMPUTER NOW! \r
