Review content:
My groomer, Steve, is no longer at Bishop Grooming. Two weeks ago, I took my furry Tucker to get groomed and asked if Steve was avalible to groom him. I was told yes, and went on my way. Steve has ALWAYS taken the best care of Tucker and I ALWAY knew that Tucker would come back better than ever. Tucker is a ""special needs"" pet, after a horrible experience at another local shop. Steve understood his needs and mine, for that matter. When I returned to pick up tucker, I asked to see Steve. the response I received shocked me. I was told (by someone other than Greg), that Steve was not there that day, in fact he had called in sick. Floored by the fact that I was told that Steve was there when I came in, but was to busy to come up and see me, I questioned it. When i called I was told Steve was still working there, but after reading this months cliif dweller, I find that Steve is somewhere new. My biggest disappointment is that I asked and was put to ease just to find out that someone who knows nothing about Tucker took care of him, and there was not the case. More so is that the owner would say anything to make money. Tucker won't be back to see you and all you had to do was tell me the truth. Pros: They don't tell customer the truth Cons: they where close to home, but it's worth driving somewhere else
