I had a slow leak in my tire starting a few weeks ago. I bought 4 new tires from Ians about 3 months ago. I emailed Ian's, told them of my situation and when I called my home for messages 2 hours later, Ian had received my message and called to leave the message - ""sure, you can bring your car in...we're here until 5."" Since Ian wasn't in the office he said would call the office to let Tim know I would be coming in. Well I also got a phone message from Tim letting me know he got Ian's message and I could bring my car in. I did that day, it WAS a nail in the tire, and the tire was repaired. I was very happy with the quick service AND the 2 phone calls.\r
