Review content:
Sunny Carrel photographed our family at the beach at a rented beach home. She was knowledgeable and worked well with the family. After group pictures, we were able to do small groups and individual portraits. My boyfriend and I took some lovely photos and ordered nearly $500 worth of photographs. We were terribly disappointed that we only received one of the poses in the mail out of five we ordered. After calling Sunny several times (initially she did not return calls or e-mails) she would not send us the other poses unless we would fax her a copy of our receipt, which she would have had her own copy of. Our receipt had been lost cleaning up the beach house. Over a year later we have still not received the photographs we paid for. Sunny was nice taking and ordering the pictures, but, I guess, make sure you hang on to your receipt.
Pros: Works well with groups, knowledgeable
Cons: Never received portraits we paid for
