Review content:
I lived with my hernia for a number of years dreading the surgery and the recovery downtime. After making the decision to go forward, I found Dr. Mushin. He was very helpful in explaining the cause of the hernia and the procedure that would be used. I was able to spend all of the time I needed with him asking questions. Surgery took about and hour and and I was out of the hospital an hour and a half later. Post surgery pain was minimal and it was more being uncomfortable. Within two days I was walking at least an hour at a time. Within two weeks I was jogging 30 minutes and have been to the golf driving range twice. I have no pain or discomfort and am ready to resume a normal schedule after only two weeks. All of the staff have been very helpful and courteous with all of my calls being answered immediately.
Pros: The surgery works with a minimum of pain and discomfort
