My 2001 Jetta finally died after 10 years so I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. I wanted to see what a Subaru was like and went to Bertera Subaru in West Springfield. I met with Nuno Marques and told him what I was looking for. I test drove the Legacy Sedan and really liked the vehicle. My main concern for my new vehicle was my comfort over time. I have a bad back and a 100 mile round trip commute to work each day. Nuno was excellent to work with and showed a genuine concern for my situation. I test drove different versions of the Legacy sedan three more times and I still could not be sure that the seat and the side leg room was going to work for me. Nuno and the Bertera dealership let me take a Legacy home for one night so I could make my commute to work with it. I was hesitant at first, but Nuno convinced me to do it. I was so surprised that a dealership would do this. It was the best thing I could have done. It saved me from making a mistake with the purchase of a car that was not going to work for me. I am very greatful to Nuno and Bertera for allowing me to do this. I did not buy a vehicle from Bertera so I cannot comment on price or vehicle service. But, I can say that it was one of the best dealership experiences I have had and Nuno Marques is the best car sales person I have ever dealt with.
