Winters in Idaho with space heaters is never good! I started by getting nine quotes from various companies for a new furnace. Conan Heating and Air Conditioning was one of the companies that stood out to me and I ended up going with them. Their quote was professionally formatted. I appreciated that they put together different options for me. As a woman, I never felt like he was talking down to me, instead, he took the time to explain things to me when I had questions or concerns.
They were also very flexible and patient with me when it came to waiting for financing to get figured out. They really worked with me. They do offer financing, but there were no hurt feelings when I got financing elsewhere.
The installers were also very nice. They were helpful and completely informative. They put up with all of my questions. They didn't even mind that I was watching them and making comments throughout the process. There were a couple of small snags as the were installing the unit, but no fatal errors.
My experience has been phenomenal. I have been really happy with the results. I did get the furnace with all the bells and whistles, and it's been working perfectly! This heats up everything!
