Review content:
The owner was very rude and unhelpful on the phone when i called to ask for directions. Because she did not give me any direction to find the place, I showed up one minute after closing. She locked the gate and would not let me pick up the dogs until 2 pm the next day. (on that note, the hours for this place is pretty terrible too). When I did go to pick them up, the dogs had ticks on them and their boarding items were thrown haphazardly into a trash bag. This place, although beautiful, is a total rip off. I've read that the owner is good with dogs and while that is fine and dandy, im the one who pays the bill so learn some people skills and value your customers!
the employees seem to be very nice and helpful but the owner's attitude is enough to make me want to never go back to nor refer this place to anyone else. ive also spoken with employees (both former and current) who have complained about the management.
