Review content:
I love the atomosphere of this place and it's great to stop in for a drink.\r
\r
But the customer service is very poor. My husband are regulars, so when I called to arrange a private room for an event, I was suprised that I had to call and call to get someone to call me back! I had to practically beg to bring them a private party!\r
\r
After hosting events at the Angus Barn and at Second Empire, I was so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service!\r
\r
Bottom line, it's a good place for a drink after work or for date night, but it's not a place to trust your special evenings to.
Pros: cute place in downtown apex setting
Cons: unprofessional staff
