My husband had scheduled someone from Ability Tree to come out for an estimate. According to my husband, trying to get it coordinated with the girl at the office was one problem after another. When someone finally came out, I was at home. He was not friendly and was very curt. He also gave you the feeling that he just wanted to hurry and get the appointment over with. I was also charged $35 for them to give me an estimate!! I had a friend over the house and mentioned to her how the person that met with me had zero customer service skills. Well, come to find out, it was the owner of the company, Louis Flory, who had met with me! Once we found that out we knew we wouldn't be using this company if the ownership treated customers as he treated me. Plus, after pricing another company who didn't charge for an estimate, Ability Tree was more than double the price for the same service. I would price out other companies before giving the work to Ability Tree. Don't just go with the ads on talk radio like we almost did!
