my dad bought the signature series straightener at a mall years ago for my birthday and it broke when i packed it in my suitcase for a train ride.. i just found it in a box because i've been moving a lot recently (and it was lost for quite sometime). the address on the box is incorrect because i sent the straightener along with the money order for shipping and my delivery conformation number from the post office shows that it is being returned. the straightener has a lifetime waranty and i was wondering if they had changed their address or if you can please help me in any way. i loved this product and really want to use it again!!
