Review content:
I have eaten at a variety of nice restaurants in both Dallas and across the U.S. Many of them have so much hype that by the time you actually go there, you are let down. Not with Jasper's. Jasper's lives up to that hype.
The service was impeccable and the decor of the restaurant was very cool (i.e. eloquent design inside the restaurant-especially the restrooms!). The food is what I mostly based my review off of and it was awesome. I had the ""Sink Salad,"" the pan seared mahi mahi with cherry tomato butter (YUM!) and portobello whippers (MORE YUM!), and for dessert, I had their ""S'More with homemade peanut butter ice cream."" SO DELICIOUS. All of it was absolutely perfect.
Jasper's is pricey, but for a special occasion, definitely worth it.
