Businiess name:  Mori Sushi

Review content:
I went to Japan about a month ago and had a ""modern-kaiseki"" meal at a ryokan (Japanese Inn). When I went to Mori Sushi last week, I was reminded of my meal in Japan. And to my surprise, I found the quality of the meal, to be as good as what I had in Japan. I ordered the Omakase dinner (at the sushi bar) with a friend and we were served various small dishes, including dashi-cured ikura, kombu wrapped amadai (red snapper), and ended with sushi. I was served kohada and sayori (two types of fish rarely served at other sushi bars), excellent uni and two types of ika. Service was well paced; the selection of sake was limited, but well thought out. Although it was expensive (over $100 per person), it was, all in all, one of the best Japanese meals I have had in the U.S. and Japan. Pros: Great variety, Exceptional sushi, Good service Cons: Omakase is expensive
