Review content:
I went here last night with my best friend to get pierced, and was pleasantly surprised. I'd never heard of Second Chance, and our decision was very last minute and abrupt. When we got there we were immediately welcomed, and the experience was full of laughs. He's thorough, informative, and VERY VERY sanitary. Paul is a totally awesome fellow, and his artwork is nothing short of impeccable.
