Anna Rudel?s acupuncture clinic is by far the best that I have experienced in the Bay Area. She uses a combination of techniques varying from acupuncture to Chinese bodywork (massage) to cupping and Chinese herbs. Her treatments provide me with remarkable relief from stress and anxiety and in every case the final result was a total feeling of wellness and improvement to my overall health. And when I had a physical problem with my shoulder, as a result of a pilates session, Anna brought me out of excruciating pain in one session. I visit her on a regular basis for ""maintenance"" work and follow-ups since I have learned that on-going treatments are the best preventive medicine. Anna's gentle touch, words of reassurance and relaxing manner make for a wonderful experience, she definitely has tremendous skill and genuine care for her patients. No other medical resource has been as much help to me - including other acupuncturists.
