There is a card on the table, with one side green and the other red, for each person. As long as the green side is turned on, all kinds of meats are brought to you one by one by brazilian dressed servers. All you have to do is to decide which ones you want and the meats are put from the skewers to your plate. Some meats are cut from the skewers in which case you grab the piece of meat with tongs. Feel free to tell the server whick part of the meat you want to be cut or whether you want it well fried or not. To get the idea of what the meats look like go to the webpage of the restaurant (just google Fuegovivo). The good thing is that you can get your meat little by little and so always have it warm.\r \r There is a salad bar which is actually more like a full buffet. Besides the salad and vegetable stuff there were shrimp, oysters, salmon, rice, beans, soup, some sweet stuff, and some deli and cheese stuff. It was very helpfull because you can't eat meat all the time.\r They also brought us hot appetizers. There was cheesebread, fried bananas, polenta and yuca. We kept asking for more cheesebread and bananas.\r \r There was no actual menu. There was just a single price for everything. The lunch on weekdays was cheaper than dinner though and there was a cheaper option to eat from salad bar only. And I think it was cheaper for dhildren under 12. You order the drinks and the desserts separately.\r \r It is very similar to Fogo de Chao. But Fuegovivo is not as expensive. And because it is new it was not as busy, so there were more tables to choose from and waiters were more attentive. Most of the time we did not need to ask for anything. The moment I finished my soda they would refill it (except I think the brazilian soda which we had to order again). They kept our water glasses full and when they felt that we wanted a fresh plate they would offer one. In fact I got two plates, one for the meat and one for the salads.\r \r A perfect place for all occasions. Pros: Good food, good service Cons: Nothing comes up in my mind
