Review content:
We are new to the area and thought having a local/hometown bank would be wonderful. This is something we have never had in the past. Needless to say, we got our hopes up too soon. The tellers are inconsiderate. They never go the extra mile. I once was told to not come through the drive up to withdraw cash before the bank opens. I was told to use an ATM. I have been optimistic and was hopeful that a couple of my experiences were just exceptions, however, I can say that I have ""never"" gone into the bank and been greeted with friendliness. The only reason I stay is for the convenience.
