I work close by so thought I would try it out during lunch one day and I have to say that I was really disappointed. Not only did I not understand anything that the guy was saying but my new set came out not so great. Three of my nails actually cracked the next day so I thought I would give it a shot to see if they could do something about it but unfortunately no, they wanted to charge me full price to fix them even though I had just gotten them done the day before.
