Review content:
I've live in and all around Austin for the better part of ten years and never have I been so satisfied with a salon. I've tried all types/grades of salons and I absolutly love Expo. Now I don't mind paying high prices if the work is worth it (and I've found rarely it is), but I am pleasantly surprised that the prices here are so low, quality of work so high, and the atmosphere somehow balances perfectly along warm, friendly, and professional. Their pampering mani/pedi special can't be beat! The place is very nicely decorated and a good amount of space. The employees are a joy to visit and seem to have a fairly close relationship with most of their clients. Although English seems to be their second language, I have never heard them talk amongst themselves in any language that was not understood by everyone in the room. I've always thought that was borderline rude to go on and on in a conversation that I (or the majority of the customers/guests) couldn't understand. I would highly recommend this place. I've had my nails done there (usually at least every other week now), as well as my hair cut and dyed and I couldn't be more satisfied. I'd drive across town to go here if I had to, but I'm lucky that they're so close to my office! Pros: staff, atmosphere, prices, quality, location
