I'm not a state expert or anything but I'm also not dumb either. But as a discerning consumer I know what's clean and what's obvious disregard for regulations. I don't think that just turning the water on and splashing it around a wee bit is going to clean the pedicure basin much, if at all, but that sure didn't stop anyone from using one several times as I sat there watching. I also noticed that it wasn't just with the nail service portion but also the hair service as well. Sometimes she would just sit customers down in chairs with the last customer's hair and random globs of coloring chemical still on the chair! It's hard to portray all the things that are just plain wrong, nor is there enough room allotted. All I can say is that I called the state and hopefully some things will be corrected.
