I don't know about you ladies but I myself don't go to a salon to be made a part of the family. I think that's just a little too personal. There should be a sense of professionalism. I understand that being in a sales position the staff should be nice but man oh man is it tacky! Just TACKY! It's so blatant how fake they are in trying to invade your privacy whilst trying to up sell their service. The constant nagging for me to get my hair color is obnoxious when I'm just trying to have a mani no matter how much you ask about my personal life. You haven't seen people who won't take no for an answer until you met these people. Thanks for a terrible experience, one and only time customer Jessica Wayne.
