Review content:
I took my minivan there for replacement of inner tie rod ends which my regular mechanic would not replace separately from the steering rack due to perfectionist principle. IMPO the steering rack is excellent that's why i chose to replace only the worn parts. I dropped it off at LS without an appointment, they fixed it on time and on budget. They aligned it properly, drives straight discounting the multitude of other worn parts :-) \r One star off is for forgetting to reinstall clamps on outer ends of tierod bellows. I went to Cost Less, bought a small pack of zip-ties, and fixed it in the parking lot. It may seen unimportant since the plastic bellow stays in the groove by its own tension, but during the rain season the tierod area is subjected to high-pressure water spray. Better have it properly sealed for a peace of mind.\r Excellent no-nonsense customer service. They don't chit-chat because they are busy.
