Review content:
Although the staff was very friendly my hair color is a NIGHTMARE and quite honestly I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!!I had won a $25 Gift Certificate for the salon and had a very important date coming up so I decided to give Karin Lynn a try. I typically color my hair myself and do a nice job but I thought I would treat myself. WHAT A MISTAKE! I am a very busy mother of three & I don't have a lot of free time...so if I need to spend 4 1/2 HOURS in a salon I expect to look good. That is NOT THE CASE! I am a red head that ended up with almost florescent orange/red roots with the rest of my hair mousey brown/red! I specifically said that I wanted the color to look natural not like Ronald McDonald! After the initial attempt ..the colorist tried ""fixing"" it 2 more times!! I had hair dye on my roots THREE times!! And the colorist still did not fix it!! At this point I was in tears and looked like fool. I went to the front desk where they took my Gift Cert and tried to charge me $40 more dollars for destroying my hair! The colorist saw how upset I was and gave me my money back and offered to ""fix it for me"" if I can come back. But I just don't have another 4-5 hours to spend in a salon ..especially since they couldn't get it right the first THREE times! As I said the staff was very nice but my hair is ruined! I look absolutely ridiculous and I can't leave my house without wearing a hat! I have to wait several days because of all the chemicals they put on my hair but I am going to fix it myself. However it will not be my ""color"" the only thing I can do to mask the HUGE mistakes made a Karin Lynn is dye my hair a very dark color and hope for the best. I cannot stress enough how angry, sad, upset, and disappointed I am with the results I left with from this salon:( I will NEVER have my hair colored ""professionally"" EVER AGAIN!
