Review content:
Before I agreed to have my oil changed I asked if I could get my card marked in order to redeem free oil change(buy 8 oil changes, get one free). I was told by the technician that it would be accepted . I wasn't comfortable with the prices being charged, but felt it was worth it to get next oil change free. When I was checking out, I was told by the supervisor the punchcard was expired and wouldn't be accepted. That was why I asked BEFORE I had the service completed!! Supervisor made no apologies and made no offers to make up for the punchcard not being accepted. After getting back in my car, I noticed that the back floorboard was not vacuumed and I could still write my name on my back window where it was not cleaned, as listed as part of the ""signature service"". Seems petty, but the prices being charged, they could at least get that right! With so many other companies out there to do the same service, I WON'T be back. They lost my business forever.
Pros: Service was relatively quick, personnel were friendly
Cons: Did not honor redemption card;windows and interior dirty
