Review content:
Stay away! I paid for 130 guests, Ritz supposedly plans for 10 more. 100 show up and Ritz ran out of food! The owner says it was because his food was so good! Only 2 people complimented the chocolate, which he did not make!\r \r They put out water glasses but no water. I had to request another table be set up. No one kept an eye on the food quantity. They did not serve the champagne or cake as expected - the bottles were put on the table and the guests had to get their own cake. I brought everything for the hosted (free) bar, their bartender put out a tip jar! Guests should never have to pay anything at a hosted bar.\r \r Wait, there's more. The first meeting, he screwed up the times and didn't show. Later I tried to reach the same guy but his brother kept calling with his sales pitch, he didn't even know Ritz already had the job. \r \r The day of the party a woman came in asking about the caterer. She had a party 5 months earlier and was still waiting for her deposit to be returned! \r \r The coordinator told one of the guests that they planned for 100 people. My guest informed her that it should be 130. The coordinator pulled out the paperwork and realized she was wrong. \r \r By the way, the owner was no where to be found during or after the party. Supposedly he was the one that went out to get more sausage.\r \r Believe it or not, there is more. But this is certainly enough for you to make a decision on this shoddy business.
