Established LR firm (in busines for 8 years.) Represented by conscientious co-owner. She is very knowledgeable, explained differences between types of blown insulation & compared / contrasted benefits of each type. \r

The business owner examined our property (an older, split-level home) and provided accurately calculated estimate of square footage. She took her time & answered my questions without making me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. \r

Offered to schedule project as soon as three days after estimate. We're definitely going to use them based on a very good referral from one of our neighbors. \r
