I called and scheduled an estimate for the next day. The owner came out and inspected my attic. He went over all the information with me about how much insulation I needed and what type and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He gave me information about a program through my electric company that is helping to pay for part of my insulation. Someone from his office contacted me that same day and scheduled me. She is very knowledgeable, explained differences between types of blown insulation & compared / contrasted benefits of each type. \r \r The business owner examined our property (an older, split-level home) and provided accurately calculated estimate of square footage. She took her time & answered my questions without making me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. \r \r Offered to schedule project as soon as three days after estimate.
