Review content:
This place is the worst AND most expensive in the city. They lost my shirt and made me wait a month while they ""looked for it."" Then once they finally conceded it took them weeks to stop dodging my phone calls and write me a check. They have repeatedly broken buttons and when I ask them to replace them they told me I should buy shirts with thinner buttons that more easily fit into pressing machines. Once when I asked about the cost of having a pillow cleaned the arrogant manager told me ""if you have to ask, you can't afford it."" These people are just miserable jerks.
