I want to warn everyone who even thinks about hiring Michael Zimmerman (AKA Dustin & Sons). Michael talked a big game and had his “wife” came in to draw up a contract. Michael said he was licensed, insured and guarantees his work. Come to find out, the woman (S, Josephs) was not his wife. To make matters worse, even though we had him get a permit, he falsified the documents to get it approved. Michael had no license, came to our house, tore out walls, exposed live wires and left thousands of dollars of work for us to fix. Michael took off with thousands of dollars and left thousands more worth of work for us to hire someone else to fix it back the way it was. Don’t hire Michael Zimmerman/ Dustin & Sons Home Improvement. Everything he owns is in his “Girlfriend’s” name and you will never see your money again. This is the number he uses 910- 476-2269. However, he usually doesn’t answer it; instead he waits till you leave a number and only calls you back. This is because he doesn’t want to talk to all of us that he has scammed. Michael also lied about his address the one we found him at was 6137 Lonestar Rd, Fayetteville, NC. I’m not sure if it has changed or not, but that is where we found him. He had no office anywhere! I wish you all the best of luck Please don’t let yourself be scammed. Check the license number and call for real references. Never give anyone money till the job is finished!
