I am surprised when I hear other people talk about the bad customer service at this salon. Every time I have been, everyone has been very professional and helpful. They were only once late getting to my appointment, but only by a couple of minutes on a busy Saturday. I get my hair cut by Joe, and he does a fantastic job - I'm very picky about my hair and I have a pretty offbeat hairstyle, but he remembers it and gets it right every time. Yes, there is sales pressure, but nobody's ever gotten me to buy anything I didn't want to. You're going to find that in every salon. Overall, I think this is a great place to get a new coif or find a regular stylist.
