Henry Ramirez is the worst vendor. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I signed the contract with him promising everything, and then you are stuck. He forgets everything you had discussed, when you call him he hangs up on you. He doesn't even remember the client. He kept changing the prices that he promised. Doesn't communicate anything to his staff that will actually be at the event. You try to call him when you are at the event and he doesn't respond. The bartender sucked. The food sucked. The place needs to be painted. The floor is unstable. The linen is dirty. He told me I was playing games with him, and he started yelling at me. He told us we were burning our bridges with him. He is a very nasty man. At the end of the night we were supposed to get our security deposit back and the staff didn't have it, when I called Henry he said he was on his way. He never showed up, and his brother (security) Neto had to go to the bank himself and get it. It was a nightmare dealing with him. I don't recommend anyone having an event there, you can have a nice event at a hotel for almost the same price, but with no drama involved.
