Not impressed either and I have a longer history with this company. I've used these guys for a long time and have to say that while the gentleman who runs the company is friendly--the quality of the service isn't that great. Over the years, two of my trees were incorrectly trimmed making them both look lopsided and thin. In other words, they cut everything in-between making the trees look hollow and not full. The weight is now on the ends of the branches instead of being distributed along the branches. Their prices have also become ridiculous when it comes taking down mid-small size trees. They quoted me $600+ to remove a tree and found another company that did it for $200.
