Not impressed either and I have a longer history with this company. I've used these guys for a long time and have to say that while the gentleman who runs the company is friendly--the quality of the service isn't that great. Over the years, two of my trees were incorrectly trimmed making them both look lopsided and thin. In other words, they cut everything in-between making the trees look hollow and not full. The weight is now on the ends of the branches instead of being distributed along the branches. Their prices have also become ridiculous when it comes taking down mid-small size trees. They quoted me $600+ to remove a tree and found another company that did it for $200. more

I contracted B&B to landscape my yard and build a retaining wall. They tore up my grass and never replaced it or the fence they tore down. The also ran a bobcat into my house tearing up the siding and took a month to find someone to repair it. To top it all off the rock wall they built keeps falling down and they won't repair it. After ducking my calls for half a year I had to take them to small claims. I won and have filed a claim with TX Business Bureau. I have also filed the suit in multiple counties and have placed a lien against them. The lien is because even after losing the law suit THEY WON""T FIX THE WALL OR PAY ME BACK. This is not only criminal they are stealing from the public. If you use this comapny you are begging to be taken advantage of. Check with any other company because Bill will pretend to make you a better deal but he will rip you off and charge you more money along the way (charged additional $1500.00 above quoated price after work was started but before wall was built so yard was at max disaster). CHEATERS AND LIARS. Do Not Use This Sorry Ring of Thives for your yard service. Check with County Clerk's office or with TX BB, this rating is accurate and they are thieves. Don't let them in your yard. Pros: Started work immediatly Cons: Everything else, immigrant and teen laborors, ruined my house and yard more
