I got some clothes back from here, and when I went to put on one of my brand new shirts that I've worn one time, there were holes all over it..not moth holes as they tried to tell me. I know what moth holes look like and these are not from moths. This shirt hadn't even been in my closet for more than a week when I wore it and took it to the cleaners. There were no holes in it when I took it in, and they tried to tell me they saw the holes but cleaned it anyways, yet they made no marks on the shirt to indicate that. I know most dry cleaners will mark stains and holes to show they were there already or that they couldn't get a stain out. No marks of that kind. \r Needless to say it took the manager several days to call me back regarding the shirt, and he would not reimburse me for the shirt, or the cost to have it cleaned. Tell me why I would bother to dry clean a shirt that was already ruined.\r Well I would not recommend going there because if they do ruin your shirt they will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Pros: cheap...but there's a reason for that Cons: HOLES
