I came in to authenticate my Rolex Submariner. As a multiple Rolex owner, I buy pre-owned from time to time and this one I needed verified as genuine / authentic. Not only did they verify it was all authentic quickly and expertly, but they offered to re-brush the bracelet to make the finish nicer. They were gracious and very nice with a level of knowledge you don't see.
Even though I didn't go in today to buy a Rolex, while waiting for the verification and re-finishing, I looked at some of their Rolexes for sale. The sales staff was extremely nice and accommodating and didn't hesitate to ask me if I needed help and pull out watches when I wanted to see them. Because they were so nice and knowledgeable, I will certainly make this my first stop for pre-owned Rolex and other watches in the future. Thank you, Hal Martins.
