I STOPPED BY HAL MARTIN'S AFTER SEARCHING FOR A PARTICULAR WATCH FOR WEEKS. TOURNEAU, BAILEY BANKS AND BIDDLE, I.W. MARKS, ZADOCK'S, EVERYONE NEAR THE GALLERIA THAT HAS THE REPUTATION FOR FINE WATCHES WAS VISITED WITH NO LUCK. IT DIDN'T TAKE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES FOR TARANG TO HELP ME GET WHAT I WANTED. THE PERFECT WATCH, INCREDIBLE SERVICE, INCREDIBLE PRICE, WHAT MORE COULD I HAVE ASKED FOR. I HAVE SINCE GONE BACK TO INQUIRE ABOUT AND ORDER TWO MORE WATCHES(ONE FOR MY SON) WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF NOT JUST BEING A CUSTOMER BUT A FRIEND. IF ONLY I HAD FRIENDS LIKE TARANG! THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF! WHILE SHOOTING THE BREEZE WE STARTED TALKING ABOUT JEWELRY AND TO MY ASTONISHMENT I FIND OUT HE HAS 18 YEARS OF CUSTOM JEWELRY UNDER HIS BELT. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT AFTER SPENDING A FEW MINUTES TALKING ABOUT JEWELRY AND SEEING EXAMPLES OF THE PIECES HE HAD DESIGNEDI HAD FINALLY FOUND MY PERSONAL JEWELER. I KNOW YOU CAN'T ALWAYS BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ BUT TRUST ME, THESE GUYS COULD TAKE ON AND WALK OVER ANY WATCH/JEWELRY STORE IN TOWN IF THEY DIDN'T CARE SO MUCH ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND LESS ABOUT THE DOLLARS IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS! DON'T MAKE ANOTHER MISTAKE THAT YOU'LL REGRET LATER BY GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. THANK YOU TARANG! GOD BLESS!!!
