I first started with a drop in class at Shockra, to test things out...
I fell in love.
I have been taking pole with Ajia for a little more than a month now, and I just can't get enough of it!
Pole is a really fun workout, you challenge our body to do new things and move in a new way that makes you feel and look really sexy.
Since I've taken the class, I got more flexible, more core and arm strength (aka sexier body , haha) and all that really fast!
It's not the easiest thing, but Ajia is just so nice, smily and encouraging, she will really take time to help you out and give you good tips to get you where you want to be. She is such a sparkle to be around, funny and adorable.
It's nice after a long day to come and play at Shockra!
My advice to anyone reading this is to just GO For It, you won't regret -- you'll love it, you'll love yourself, your boyfriend will love you, and you'll love the adorable teachers that work there!
