My first experience with a stylist in San Antonio was awesome. I struggled to find a stylist in Phoenix for 15 months & never found one I liked. As usual, I relied on CitySearch to point me in the right direction. Boy, am I glad! I called & was able to get an appointment the same day. According to the receptionist, Mondays are usually slow for them. Yes, I said Mondays. This salon is open on Mondays! I arrived early to my appointment because I left my house early in case I got lost but I found it right away. Which is saying a lot for me, I am navigationally challenged. I was greeted right away by three friendly ladies at the front counter. I was offered something to drink several times while I waited. I was a bit disappointed that my appointment was at 2pm and my stylist did not come out to greet me promptly at 2pm, even to say she is running late. However, she did appear about 20 minutes after my appt time and was very friendly. She was very pleasant & we had a pleasant conversation while she gave me highlights, lowlights, and a cut. My stylist was Yvonne & she transformed my hair, which had not been touched in over nine months, to a work of art. It is so beautiful! The color is amazing. I came home & my husband told me that he thought this was the best hair I have ever had. He took me to dinner & we had a wonderful, romantic evening. \r

Thanks to Yvonne for adding some spark to my marriage & bringing out the romantic in my man! It was worth the $190 just to see my husband look at me that way.
Pros: High quality color & cut.
Cons: Expensive but you get what you pay for.
