I was very impressed with your company before you even made it out to my house. With a 1-year old in tow and another baby on the way, communicating with Ken through e-mail was a blessing! I appreciated so much the questions you answered and the information I received up front. I am so pleased with the cleaning that my carpets received. I was so excited when I came home and saw them; they haven't looked that good since the day we moved in. Paul and Crisa even moved my couch, recliner and loveseat in order to completely clean the living room carpets. Your staff was so friendly and professional. I really appreciated the attention Paul gave to my little girl, too. Getting down on her level to talk to her & giving her a ""peace offering"" (a magnet), made her feel more comfortable about having strangers in her house. I have already recommended your service to my friends & I will use you again in the future when I need any of your services.
