Without getting into too much detail on the original company we contacted to build our backyard pool we were introduced to Elizabeth at a time when we had already taken out a loan and payed for our entire pool yet we were with a cement hole in our backyard. I don?t want to make this about our hardship but it is important to know in context the person/company that completed our pool. She was somewhat aware of our situation and from the first day she became involved in the completion of our pool she did her best to reduce and eliminate as much cost as possible while still finishing our pool to a standard and quality that we still can not believe to this day. She was available to answer our questions at anytime no matter how trivial yet she refused to charge us above the minimum. I feel like she is one of those 1 in a million people you will meet in this world that understands the concept of a business truly taking care thier customer. We have a truly beautiful backyard oasis that my family can and will enjoy for years to come. Due to her extensive knowledge and good nature personality she still responds like we have a contract with her although the pool is finished. I recommend any family interested in exploring a pool to contact Elizabeth I challenge anyone to find a better company to entrust with such an expensive and home altering project like building a pool. Without question do your homework the pool industry is difficult to say the least and like most business you will hear a lot of promises and prices but like most things in life you can narrow it down to those that have a good understanding of the pool business and beyond that you will have to go with reviews such as this. Shortly after meeting with her she will give you a genuine feeling of trust and belief and will accomplish what you have agreed to do at the pri ce you agreed and that is the key to having a quality pool constructed in your home. Thank you Elizabeth you truly are a wonderful person.
Pros: Cross Custom Pools is an overly exceptional company and goes beyond Great Customer Service.
Cons: Wish we would have found Cross Custom Pools sooner. Wish there were more people like Elizabeth.
